‘Old World Mettle’ investigates how modern waste materials can be seen in a different light. A business venture and art project, it specializes in providing hand-built, traditionally-themed ‘toys’ through the means of inventive contraptions. Maintaining a high quality build and finish throughout each object, it is testament to the potential of waste material.
These projects offer us an opportunity to focus on the direction and relevance of making in our society, whilst keeping us in touch with the needs of communities we provide for.
